Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Market Access Analyst to join our team at WEP Clinical Inc. in an exciting phase of high growth.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will support the development and implementation of market access strategies to meet client needs for early access programs and product commercialization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Market Access program infrastructure, tracking confidential documents and maintaining market access databases
  • Support research and analytics for Market Access requirements, client programs, and business intelligence
  • Collaborate with the Market Access team to drive business development in Rare, Oncology, and ATMPs, meeting growth and target objectives
  • Prepare meeting materials, including agendas, reports, translations, presentations, and minutes for relevant stakeholders
  • Assist in tracking project timelines, KPIs, budgets, and deliverables to ensure deadlines are met
  • Provide organizational support for new client project set-up and kick-off meetings, including confidentiality agreements
  • Support the Market Access team with budget management and external vendor contract management
  • Facilitate client communications, responding to inquiries and ensuring clear, timely correspondence
  • Develop materials for Market Access target outreach and other media campaigns
  • Lead the development of client proposals, Scope of Work, and budget management for each client program

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a business-related field
  • Proven administrative experience, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry
  • Experience in medical or research report writing
  • Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint

What We Offer:

Estimated Salary Range:$60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
