Job Description

International Flavors & Fragrances is seeking a Product Experience Associate Researcher to drive and execute sensory and consumer research projects in alignment with business opportunities and corporate strategies.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the sensory lab and internal panel, working with cross-functional project teams, and analyzing consumer and sensory data to present findings to internal stakeholders and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the sensory lab and internal panel dedicated to discrimination tests
  • Design and execute sensory & consumer tests to bring impactful insights to projects
  • Analyze consumer and sensory data and present findings to guide development and showcase expertise

Requirements:

  • Masters in Sensory Science
  • Skills in sensory and consumer methodologies and data analysis
  • Ability to craft a compelling story driven by data to deliver insights
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
