Job Title: Product Experience Associate Researcher

At International Flavors & Fragrances, we seek a highly skilled Product Experience Associate Researcher to join our team. The successful candidate will drive and execute sensory and consumer research projects in alignment with business opportunities and corporate strategies.

Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain the sensory lab in Haverhill and supervise the internal panel dedicated to discrimination tests.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional project teams to design and execute sensory & consumer tests, providing impactful insights to the projects.
  3. Analyze consumer and sensory data, presenting findings to internal stakeholders and customers to guide development and showcase our expertise.

Requirements:

  • Masters in Sensory Science or a related field.
  • Skills in sensory and consumer methodologies and data analysis.
  • Ability to craft a compelling story driven by data to deliver insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
