Arm is a leading technology company that specializes in designing and developing high-performance, low-power processor cores. We are currently seeking an experienced Automotive Performance Engineering Expert to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in performance analysis and silicon platforms development. They will be responsible for driving the performance of automotive software and use-cases, as well as performing workload characterization to identify performance bottlenecks and proposing solutions.

We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.

The successful candidate will have experience in SoC Performance Modelling, performance analysis in the semiconductor industry, and proficiency in C/C++ programming. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complicated solutions effectively.
