Job Description

We are seeking a Product Experience Associate Researcher to drive and execute sensory and consumer research projects in alignment with business opportunities and corporate strategies.

This role will involve partnering closely with the creation and design team to generate sensory and consumer insights that are directly relevant for the product design.

You will also partner with commercial and marketing teams to ensure impactful customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining the sensory lab in Haverhill as well as the internal panel dedicated to discrimination tests.
  • Working with cross-functional project teams (commercial, marketing, creation, and design teams) and effectively designing and executing sensory & consumer tests to bring impactful insights to the projects.
  • Analyzing consumer and sensory data and presenting findings to internal stakeholders and customers to guide development and showcase our expertise.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Masters in Sensory Science.
  • Skills in sensory and consumer methodologies and data analysis.
  • Ability to craft a compelling story driven by data to deliver insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
