Job Description

International Flavors & Fragrances is seeking a highly skilled Product Experience Associate Researcher to join our team in Haverhill, Suffolk. As a key member of our Product Experience team, you will be responsible for driving and executing sensory and consumer research projects to inform business opportunities and corporate strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute sensory and consumer tests to gather impactful insights for product development
  • Analyze consumer and sensory data to inform product design and development
  • Partner with cross-functional project teams to ensure effective collaboration and communication
  • Maintain the sensory lab and internal panel dedicated to discrimination tests

Requirements:

  • Masters in Sensory Science or related field
  • Strong skills in sensory and consumer methodologies and data analysis
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to craft compelling stories driven by data to deliver insights
