Job Description
As our Fibre Network Development Manager, you'll oversee daily operations, ensuring seamless delivery of our services. Key responsibilities include implementing daily structures, supporting new starters, and collaborating with the community engagement management team to achieve KPIs.
Key Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A full UK driving license
- Experience in sales or door-to-door environments, preferably in the telecoms industry
- Access to a vehicle meeting our safety specifications
Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of £30,000-£32,000 per annum, plus a monthly commission scheme and car allowance. Other benefits include:
