Job Overview

We're seeking an experienced Digital Infrastructure Technician to join our team of experts in maintaining and expanding our fibre optic network. This is a key role that requires someone with strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and repair existing fibre optic networks to ensure high-speed internet and TV services are delivered to our customers.
  • Install new fibre optic cables and equipment to expand our network and meet growing demand.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to resolve complex technical issues and improve network performance.
  • Analyze network data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • At least 2 years' experience in a similar technical role.
  • A strong understanding of fibre optic networks and telecommunications systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
