About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our Inpatient Services team at Franklyn Hospital. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality occupational therapy services to patients with mental health conditions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and treat patients with mental health conditions, including those with organic mental illness and functional mental illness.
  • Lead the provision of occupational therapy services to both Belvedere and Rougemont Wards, ensuring effective planning and delivery of the service.
  • Supervise and develop the skills of occupational therapy staff, ensuring high standards of practice.
  • Contribute to the development of high-quality occupational therapy services through professional clinical guidance frameworks, including audit.
  • Provide professional advice and expertise to multi-disciplinary teams across both wards.
