Key Responsibilities- Assess and treat patients with mental health conditions, including those with organic mental illness and functional mental illness.
- Lead the provision of occupational therapy services to both Belvedere and Rougemont Wards, ensuring effective planning and delivery of the service.
- Supervise and develop the skills of occupational therapy staff, ensuring high standards of practice.
- Contribute to the development of high-quality occupational therapy services through professional clinical guidance frameworks, including audit.
- Provide professional advice and expertise to multi-disciplinary teams across both wards.
