Site Supervisor Opportunity at Harmony Fire

At Harmony Fire, we're committed to delivering exceptional service and quality to our customers. As a Site Supervisor, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Site set up and sign off, stock management, and receiving deliveries
  • Conducting site precondition surveys, welfare checks, and delivering prelims
  • Maintaining accurate employee records, including tax codes, deductions, and pensions
  • People management for trades and sub-contractors, resolving everyday issues, and boosting team morale
  • Delivering training on Simpro to sub-contractors and workforce
  • Quality control and compliance management, ensuring all work is certifiable and compliant with Harmony and BMTRADA standards
  • Health and safety implementation, ensuring all work on sites is conducted in a safe manner through regular training and auditing
