Academy Site Manager

Linsco is currently seeking a highly skilled Site Manager to oversee the construction of a new housing site in Coalville. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing on-site activities, ensuring the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Site Management: Assist the site management team in day-to-day operations, ensuring construction activities are carried out according to the project plan. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.
  • Quality Control: Implement strict quality control measures to ensure all refurbishment works meet the high standards expected by both the company and residents. Conduct regular inspections to monitor progress and address any issues promptly.
  • CML Inspection Process: Ensure all necessary inspections are completed prior to the issuance of a CML certificate. Coordinate with surveyors, inspectors, and mortgage lenders to ensure the property meets all required standards.
  • Final Inspections and Handover Preparation: Conduct final inspections and prepare the property for handover to the client.
