We're seeking a highly skilled Site Supervisor to join our Building and Fabrics team, responsible for delivering exceptional site management and quality control services.

Key Responsibilities:

* Site Management: Ensure seamless site setup, sign off, and stock management, while maintaining accurate employee records and identifying opportunities for variations.
* People Management: Foster a positive team environment, resolve conflicts, and deliver training on Simpro to sub-contractors and workforce.
* Quality Control: Ensure all works are certifiable and compliant, delivered as per client and Harmony expectations.
* Quality and Compliance Management: Maintain Harmony and BMTRADA standards, with correct data input into Simpro.
* Health and Safety: Implement Harmony's H&S policy on all sites, ensuring safe working practices through regular training and auditing.
