We are seeking an experienced Accounts Assistant to join our team in Warwick. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing financial, clerical, and administrative services to ensure the efficient running of the purchase ledger.
Key Responsibilities- Process supplier invoices, including uploading, registration, verification, and coding.
- Deal with supplier enquiries and process company credit cards.
- Liaise with managers to ensure timely processing of invoices and produce reports to chase outstanding invoices.
- Assist with statement reconciliation, treasury functions, and VAT reports.
- Preparation of monthly debtor's reports and sales ledger accounts.
- Experience within a similar accounting environment.
- Understanding of double entry book-keeping and computer-based accounts software.
- Strong IT literacy and experience of using Excel spreadsheets.
- Diligent and responsible, with good communication skills.
