Job Overview

Omni RMS, a leading provider of facilities management services, is seeking a skilled Air Conditioning Engineer to join their team in London. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC maintenance and a passion for delivering exceptional service.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a variety of HVAC systems, including air conditioning equipment from leading manufacturers. They will work closely with the engineering team to complete planned and reactive maintenance jobs, ensuring that all installations are maintained to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the delivery of Omni RMS's health and safety policy and standards.
  • Maintain all installations as directed by the company's planned preventative maintenance systems, based on industry standards.
  • Repair and rectify faults, breakdowns, and other malfunctions to the mechanical installations at the sites.
  • Be conversant with mechanical disciplines and flexible in approach to work, hours, and travel arrangements.
  • Liaise with supplier partners to deliver service to required timescales.
  • Accurately and legibly complete work reports, maintain site log books, and write ad-hoc reports as required.
  • Keep in mobile contact with the designated helpdesk and line manager, as directed.
  • Interface with various teams to ensure contract compliance at all times.

  • City & Guilds or NVQ in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration.
