Senior Care Assistant

Care Assistant - Care Home is an exciting opportunity for a compassionate and skilled individual to join our team. As a Care Assistant, you'll work closely with our residents to understand their needs and preferences, and develop personalized care plans to ensure their well-being.
The RoleYou'll be responsible for assisting residents with daily tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and medication management. You'll also provide emotional support and companionship, helping our residents feel valued and respected. Your excellent communication skills will enable you to effectively collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care.
RequirementsTo succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Experience working with older adults, preferably in a care home setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and conflict resolution
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
