Telesales Representative

Key Responsibilities:
- Engage and Connect: Conduct outbound sales calls to our existing customer base, forging strong connections and understanding their needs.
- Tailor Solutions: Identify customer needs and recommend products or services that perfectly match their requirements.
- Book Appointments: Arrange appointments for customers to visit one of our stores.
- Closed Deals: Use your persuasive skills to close sales and exceed targets.
- Follow Up: Maintain customer records in our system and follow up on leads to keep the sales pipeline flowing.
- Customer Delight: Deliver exceptional customer service that leaves a lasting impression.
- Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to communicate effectively and confidently with customers.
Requirements:
- Experience: Previous experience in telesales or a similar role is essential.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport and engage customers.
- Sales Savvy: Strong negotiation and persuasive skills, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Team Player: Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Organizational Skills: Strong time management and organisational abilities.
- Positive Attitude: An outgoing personality and a positive, can-do attitude towards sales.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Additional certifications in sales or marketing are a plus.
