Conveyancing Assistant Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Conveyancing Assistant to join our team. As a Conveyancing Assistant, you will provide essential administrative support to your case handler, assisting with legal documentation and property transaction processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Preparing and drafting legal documents, including contracts, transfers, and mortgage deeds
  • Reviewing and drafting property search reports
  • Handling sales enquiries with guidance from your case handler
  • Assisting in the preparation of completion statements and managing financial transactions
  • Reviewing, requesting, and submitting source of funds and source of wealth requests via the compliance team
  • Assisting clients via telephone and email and working with the introducer to ensure the client receives an exceptional service
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a Conveyancing Assistant, Legal Executive, or in a similar role
  • At least 3 years of experience in Conveyancing
  • Deep understanding of conveyancing processes and procedures
  • Strong communication, organisational, and other soft skills
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to multitask
  • Desire to progress or qualify as a fee earner
