About the Role

Sense is seeking an experienced Retail Leader to join our team as a Shop Manager. As a key member of our retail operations, you will be responsible for leading and inspiring a team of volunteers to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and develop a high-performing team of volunteers, providing coaching and guidance to ensure excellent customer service and sales results.
  • Drive operational excellence, ensuring a safe, clean, and inviting shopping environment for customers, staff, and volunteers.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize income generation for the charity.
  • Collaborate with the retail team to achieve sales targets and improve customer engagement.
