As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing a team of staff and volunteers, and driving sales growth to support our charitable mission.Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team that provides a world-class shopping experience for customers.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
- Design and implement effective visual merchandising and store layouts to drive sales and engagement.
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of staff and volunteers.
- Represent the British Red Cross in a professional and positive manner, embodying our core values.
- Proven retail experience at supervisory level, with a track record of delivering outstanding customer service and driving sales growth.
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to work to targets and drive results.
- Proficient in IT skills, with experience of using retail systems and software.
- Passion for the British Red Cross mission and values, with the ability to promote our cause in the community.
