About the Role
Sense is a leading charity that empowers people with complex disabilities to communicate and experience the world. We are seeking an experienced Shop Manager to lead our team in Barry and drive our shop growth programme.
This is an exciting opportunity to join our network of over 120 shops and contribute to our mission of making a difference in the lives of the people we support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire a team of volunteers to deliver excellent customer service and shop standards.
- Drive stock generation and community engagement to maximize vital income generation for the charity.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve shop performance and customer engagement.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a retail leadership role, with a track record of inspiring teams to deliver excellent results.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with staff, volunteers, and customers.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours.
