About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and organised People Administrator to join our dynamic corporate service teams. As a key member of our People and Organisational Development team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the implementation and roll out of our new people system, Project Connect. This exciting opportunity will see you working closely with stakeholders to ensure seamless end-to-end user experiences.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have a keen ability to anticipate problems and develop creative solutions. You should be comfortable working in administrative departments and possess strong organisational skills. Experience in HR administrative tasks, including managing employee records, onboarding, and supporting HR processes, are essential. Additionally, you should have excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively to a wide range of stakeholders.
