Key Responsibilities
  • HR Advisory Services: Provide expert advice and guidance to employees, managers, and stakeholders on HR-related matters, including employment law, policies, and procedures.
  • Employee Relations: Lead on the management of employee relations cases, including grievances, disciplinary actions, performance management, and capability investigations.
  • Performance Management: Partner with line managers to develop and implement effective performance management strategies, ensuring that employees are aware of their responsibilities and expectations.
  • Policy Development: Collaborate with the HR team to develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication channels with employees, managers, and stakeholders, ensuring that HR-related information is disseminated in a clear and timely manner.
  • Training and Development: Design and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of HR staff and other stakeholders, ensuring that they are equipped to provide excellent HR services.
  • Project Management: Manage HR-related projects, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Requirements
  • Education: CIPD qualification or equivalent.
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to work under pressure, and a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Behaviours: Self-disciplined, inquisitive, and a strong team player, with a commitment to promoting best practice and the positive image of the HR brand.
