We are seeking a skilled Occupational Health Nurse to join our team at Drs Ltd. As a key member of our OH delivery team, you will play a vital role in providing industry-leading, responsive Occupational Health services to UK businesses.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct health surveillance and assessments to ensure employee safety and well-being
- Manage cases and provide expert advice on health and wellbeing matters
- Perform pre-placement medicals to ensure employees are fit for work
- Registered General Nurse (RGN) or Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with prior Occupational Health experience
- Current NMC registration
- Occupational Health qualification (desirable, but relevant experience is valuable)
- Proactive, team-oriented, friendly, and approachable individual with excellent communication skills
- Good understanding of Microsoft packages and comfortable using OH software
