About the Role

This role is critical to the success of our Client Services Team at Jenson Fisher, and we are looking for an experienced administrator to support our clients and colleagues.

As a Senior Administrator, you will be responsible for coordinating and delivering key administration across the full lifecycle of client acquisition and management.

You will maintain up-to-date documentation, deal with incoming documentation, ensure client monies are received and properly processed, and support clients in using the client portal.

Career prospects are flexible, and we welcome candidates with aspirations to become a Paraplanner or Financial Adviser in the future; although this is not a pre-requisite, other career paths are supported.

Responsibilities:

  • Locate and extract information regarding financial arrangements from third parties and providers.
  • Accurately and quickly collate all necessary information.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar position.
  • Prior experience in the Financial Advice profession or similar.
  • Advantageous experience using CURO or Transact platform (training provided).
  • Desirable but not essential: progression in Certificate or Diploma in Financial Planning.

Salary: £50,000 - £65,000 per annum.
