Exciting Opportunity for a Probate Consultant

This is an exciting opportunity for a candidate to progress their legal career by joining a dynamic team within a busy company.

The company is currently looking for a Probate Consultant to join their London office and undertake a range of practice tasks within their expanding Probate department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Attend appointments with Executors either in person or via video appointment.
  • Organise accounts into categories that either require Executor support or convert to full estate administration services.

Extensive knowledge of Wills, Trusts, Inheritance Tax and estate administration is required, making this role suitable for either an ex-solicitor, someone progressing through STEP diploma or an experienced paralegal.

Requirements
  • Commercial mindset.

A sound knowledge of Wills, Trusts, Inheritance Tax and the Probate process is essential for success in this role.
