Senior Flood Risk Consultant

Our client is a rapidly growing business with a recognized leadership team in the flood risk, water, and environment sector. They are seeking a Senior Flood Risk Consultant to join their consulting team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Produce Flood Risk Assessments for planning applications across the country.
  • Support the delivery of projects, including the production of Flood Risk Assessments and Surface Water Drainage Strategies.
  • Develop skills and expertise in the water/environment sector through in-house training.
  • Oversee and manage projects and clients as career progresses.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Geography, Environmental Management, or Engineering.
  • Experience with GIS software, such as ArcMap, QGIS, or MapInfo.
  • Knowledge of the drainage hierarchy and experience in undertaking drainage assessments and design.
  • Ability to write clear, concise, and technically accurate reports.
