Opportunity for a Flood Risk Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Flood Risk Consultant to join our Water Environment team in London. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and leading flood risk assessments and models on a range of projects locally and nationally.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and lead flood risk assessments and models on a range of projects
  • Work with clients and regulators to understand their needs and develop solutions
  • Manage and coordinate project finances and resources
  • Prepare and present technical reports and proposals
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement new ideas and approaches
Requirements:
  • Strong background in hydrological and hydraulic modelling
  • Experience with flood risk assessments and modelling software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
