Job Title: Probate Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Probate Consultant to join our team at Adecco UK Limited. As a Probate Consultant, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of probate matters from start to finish, assisting clients with estate administration, wills, and inheritance tax planning, and collaborating with colleagues to provide comprehensive legal advice and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing a caseload of probate matters from start to finish
  • Assisting clients with estate administration, wills, and inheritance tax planning
  • Collaborating with colleagues to provide comprehensive legal advice and solutions
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, offering guidance and support throughout the process
  • Staying up-to-date with relevant legislation and industry changes to ensure accurate and effective service delivery
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience working as a Probate Consultant or similar role
  • Law Degree with CILEX/LPC/STEP
  • In-depth knowledge of probate and estate administration processes, Trusts, inheritance Tax
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with clients and colleagues
  • Ability to manage a busy workload and meet deadlines
  • Demonstrated commitment to providing outstanding client service
