Probate Consultant

A reputable Will Writing firm based in West London is seeking a motivated and experienced individual to join their team as a Probate Consultant.
Key Responsibilities:- Managing a caseload of probate matters from start to finish
- Assisting clients with estate administration, wills, and inheritance tax planning
- Collaborating with colleagues to provide comprehensive legal advice and solutions
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, offering guidance and support throughout the process
- Staying up-to-date with relevant legislation and industry changes to ensure accurate and effective service delivery
- Extensive experience working as a Probate Consultant or similar role
- Law Degree with CILEX/LPC/STEP
- In-depth knowledge of probate and estate administration processes, Trusts, inheritance Tax
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with clients and colleagues
- Ability to manage a busy workload and meet deadlines
- Demonstrated commitment to providing outstanding client service
A supportive and collaborative working environment, continuous professional development and training opportunities, and a competitive salary ranging from £32,000 to £40,000 per annum, based on experience.
