Job Summary

We are seeking an HR Generalist to join our People and Culture Team at LMAX Group. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions while contributing to the development of our company culture and employee engagement initiatives.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the end-to-end recruitment process, onboarding new hires, supporting employee engagement initiatives, learning & development programs, and maintaining compliance with employment laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment Support: Assist in job postings, screening applications, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
  • Onboarding: Help coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, preparing induction materials, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring a smooth integration into the company.
  • Employee Engagement: Support the HR team in planning and executing employee engagement initiatives and events to foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Learning & Development: Assist in organizing training sessions, workshops, and development programs, and manage the associated administrative tasks.
  • HR Administration: Maintain and update employee records, prepare HR documentation, and ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.
  • Compliance: Assist with maintaining compliance with employment laws and regulations, ensuring all HR practices adhere to best practices.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. We are looking for individuals with excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong organizational and time-management skills, high level of accuracy and attention to detail, a collaborative mindset, self-motivation, and a willingness to learn and support team members.

Additionally, we require proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and a willingness to learn new HR systems and software.
