About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Plumbing Maintenance Specialist to join our team at NHS Property Services. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for delivering scheduled, reactive, and remedial maintenance services for our plumbing and heating systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and wellbeing policies, as well as statutory regulations and approved codes of practice.
  • Deliver high-quality maintenance services, including fault finding, minor repairs, and installations, to maintain operational standards.
  • Work collaboratively with other technical disciplines to achieve shared goals and objectives.
  • Assess problems to determine the best course of action and communicate technical information to various stakeholders.
  • Maintain effective site log books and ensure they are completed in a timely and accurate manner.
