Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Plumbing Maintenance Specialist to join our team at NHS Property Services. This is a permanent position working 37.5 hours per week, Monday-Friday 8am-4.30pm.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering scheduled, reactive, and remedial maintenance services as directed by the PPM planner (CAFM), helpdesk, or Technical Services Supervisor.

Key responsibilities include ensuring compliance with NHSPS Health, Safety & Wellbeing Policies, implementing new or revised practice and policies, and maintaining effective site log books at all NHS premises.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in plumbing and heating maintenance, with a driving license and ability to work alone and/or as part of a wider team.
