Job Title: Automotive Manufacturing Project Manager

Join our team at Caresoft Global Limited as an Automotive Manufacturing Project Manager, where you will play a crucial role in driving manufacturing excellence and delivering sustainable growth for our enterprise ambitions.

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to coordinate and facilitate our core manufacturing technology forums, including Trim and Final Assembly. As an Automotive Manufacturing Project Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and establishing technology-specific forum BAU and business planning process cadence
  • Building a robust cross-enterprise network in support of the technology forum and business objectives
  • Capturing, sharing, and diffusing best practices, lessons learned, and innovation ideas across manufacturing plants and technologies
  • Ensuring enterprise, industrial operations, and manufacturing networking and stakeholder management
  • Facilitating complex workstream coordination, planning, and operational experience in BIW or manufacturing engineering
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Technology operational and/or Global Manufacturing Engineering experience in BIW, ideally in manufacturing engineering
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders/leadership groups inside and outside of manufacturing
  • Complex workstream facilitation, coordination, and planning skills
