Job Title: Manufacturing Project Manager

Employment Type: Contract (12 months)

Hours: Standard 40 Hours Per Week

Caresoft Global Limited is rebuilding the Technology Forum Team to directly support our Global Manufacturing Engineering and Global Operations Teams to deliver performance and transformation in-line with our Industrial Operations.

Key Performance Indicators and Strategic Objectives:
  • Manufacturing Technology forums will create a dynamic and inclusive manufacturing technology platform for idea sharing, best practice learning and innovation to drive towards manufacturing excellence and deliver sustainable growth for the enterprise ambitions leveraging collective experiences, capabilities and competencies.
  • In this role, you will be directly responsible for the co-ordination and facilitation of one or multiple of our core manufacturing technology forums i.e. Trim and Final Assembly and development of key inputs to support the plant level Integrated Business Planning Process.
  • These forums will foster a collaborative visionary learning culture by empowering our people with clear purpose and direction and are essential for us to truly collaborate as a single cohesive Manufacturing Community.
  • Develop and establish technology specific forum BAU and business planning process cadence.
  • Build robust cross enterprise network in support of the technology forum and business objectives (performance improvement and strategic initiatives).
  • Ensure best practices, lessons learned, and innovations ideas are captured, shared and diffused across manufacturing plants and technologies as applicable.
Requirements:
  • Enterprise, Industrial Operations and Manufacturing Networking and Stakeholder Management.
  • Complex workstream Facilitation, Co-ordination and Planning skills.
  • Technology operational and/or Global Manufacturing Engineering experience in BIW ideally, certainly in manufacturing engineering.
  • Ability to influence Senior Stakeholders/Leadership Groups inside and outside of Manufacturing Sub-chapter.
