About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Programme Manager to drive project management excellence and deliver our digital customer experience transformation programme. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing website change and digital improvement projects from scoping to delivery, working closely with various stakeholders across the group, such as product owners, UX/UI specialists, developers, commercial stakeholders and third parties.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage various programme management activities, such as requirements capture, project scoping, systems deployment, training and on-boarding to time, quality, and cost
- Reporting project progress and performance, whilst communicating expert insights
- Responsibility for the rollout of multi-language and market specific digital change, ecommerce, and other digital channel projects
- Oversight of website change and digital improvement projects from scoping to delivery
About You
We are looking for a commercially minded individual with demonstrable experience of managing digital transformation projects, preferably on an international scale within website and ecommerce improvements. The ideal candidate will have a passion for all things web and digital, with a keen interest in the latest technology, tools, and techniques. They will also have experience implementing digital systems, such as marketing automation and web technologies.
Requirements
- Demonstrable experience of managing digital transformation projects
- Commercially minded with budgeting experience
- Aware of various project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and tools (Atlassian, Jira)
- Engaging communicator with experience building relationships with stakeholders
- Experience implementing digital systems, such as marketing automation and web technologies
