Digital Transformation Programme Manager

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Programme Manager to drive project management excellence and deliver our digital customer experience transformation programme. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing website change and digital improvement projects from scoping to delivery, working closely with various stakeholders across the group.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage various programme management activities, such as requirements capture, project scoping, systems deployment, training and on-boarding to time, quality, and cost
- Reporting project progress and performance, whilst communicating expert insights
- Responsibility for the rollout of multi-language and market specific digital change, ecommerce, and other digital channel projects
About You
- Demonstrable experience of managing digital transformation projects, with it being a bonus if that's on an international scale within website and ecommerce improvements
- A passion for all things web and digital, you'll be excited by the latest technology, tools, and techniques, keeping up to date with current trends
- Commercially minded having budgeted large-scale digital transformation programmes, understanding programme management best practice and the activities involved
