About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Spa Therapist to join our team at Kilnwick Percy Resort & Golf Club in Yorkshire.

This is a permanent part-time position, working 32 hours across 4 days, Thursday to Sunday.

Flexibility is essential to suit the business needs.

Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform a range of treatments on guests from our treatment menu, primarily focusing on massage-based therapies.
  • Answer queries, book appointments, and advise guests on suitable treatments.
  • Ensure the spa area is appealing to guests.
  • Actively promote the spa and its services.
  • Upsell beauty products and treatments where appropriate.
  • Maintain client confidentiality at all times.

Requirements:

  • Previous salon experience is desirable.
  • NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Beauty Therapy is essential for this position.
  • Excellent customer service and strong communication skills are required.
