About the Role:

We are seeking a reliable and trustworthy individual to join our Vaccination & Living Well Outreach Team in Chester as a Healthcare Support Worker. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving our outreach vehicles, ensuring the safe transportation of patients and equipment. This is a flexible role that requires working 5 days out of 7 on a rota basis.

Main Duties:

  • To provide transportation services for patients and staff members.
  • To assist with the delivery of healthcare services to patients in their homes.
  • To maintain the cleanliness and organization of the outreach vehicles.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have a clean driving license, basic computer skills, and excellent communication abilities. We offer full training and uniform to support your success in this role.
