We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Senior Support Worker to join our team at Voyage Care. As a Senior Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with complex needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of Support Workers to deliver exceptional care and support
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of our service users
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and other stakeholders to ensure seamless care coordination
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of care and support services
- Provide training and guidance to Support Workers to enhance their skills and knowledge
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Senior Support Worker or in a similar role
- Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care or equivalent
- Experience working with individuals with autism, complex needs, and challenging behaviors
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
