- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Strong understanding of the gaming industry trends, consumer behaviour, and competitive landscape
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with a focus on coaching and developing sales talent
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyse data and make informed decisions quickly
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events
