About the Role

As our Head Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for leading our pastry team and creating innovative and delicious desserts that exceed our guests' expectations. You will work closely with our culinary team to develop new menu items and ensure that our pastry offerings are consistently of the highest quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the pastry team to ensure high-quality desserts are consistently delivered
  • Develop and implement new menu items and pastry offerings
  • Work closely with the culinary team to ensure seamless execution of menu items
  • Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene
  • Manage inventory and ordering of pastry supplies
