About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced SHEQ Advisor to join our expanding technical team at our offices in Bedfordshire.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in health, safety, and environmental management, with experience in developing and implementing comprehensive systems.

This is a great opportunity to work with a leading specialist Civil Engineering contractor in the greenfield residential sector.

About the Role

The SHEQ Advisor will be responsible for providing expert guidance on health, safety, and environmental matters across the organisation.

You will work closely with senior management to develop and implement effective policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures;
  • Conducting site audits and inspections to identify potential risks and hazards;
  • Providing training and support to employees on health, safety, and environmental matters;
  • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve company objectives.
