About the RoleYou will be at the forefront of shaping our maternity service, ensuring it meets the evolving needs of our local community. By collaborating with colleagues across various departments, you'll contribute to creating a positive and supportive environment for all patients.
Main Responsibilities- Promote and maintain high standards of patient safety and quality care.
- Engage with patients, relatives, or carers to resolve complaints and concerns, following established policies and procedures.
- Valid midwifery experience or current NMC registration.
- Demonstrable leadership skills.
The estimated annual salary for this position is £43,041 - £70,462 (Band 7). Please be aware that sponsorship below the minimum salary threshold is not possible due to new immigration guidelines.
This position requires a Disclosure and Barring Service check, aligned with the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 (Exceptions) Order 1975 (Amendment) (England and Wales) Order 2020.
