We are seeking a skilled Automotive Electronics Test Engineer to join our team at Jonathan Lee Recruitment Ltd. This exciting opportunity will allow you to contribute to the development of innovative vehicle designs and ensure the delivery of high-quality electrical systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead the development of HILS (Hardware-In-The-Loop)/Labcar testing for Body Electronics and Powertrain systems.
  2. Manage HILS testing on Electrical Integrated Platform, ensuring compliance with design/test standards and regulatory requirements.
  3. Create comprehensive test plans and testing procedures, coordinating overall vehicle test technical aspects.
  4. Investigate root causes of electrical system issues and recommend countermeasures.
  5. Collaborate with international counterparts for functional, performance, and reliability validation.
  6. Ensure the quality of electrical systems meets the highest standards and complete validation within project milestones.
Requirements:
  1. Degree qualification in a relevant discipline with a strong understanding of electrical theory and electronic devices.
  2. Experience in software application into automotive ECUs, including flashing, coding/configuration, and calibration.
  3. Proficiency in tools such as D-Space, CANalyzer, CAPL, CANoe, CANape, Matlab for data capture and analysis.
  4. Practical experience in automotive electrical and electronic system development, with a proven track record in problem-solving.
  5. Excellent communication skills, flexibility, and the ability to travel as required for project needs.
