Automotive Electronics Test Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Automotive Electronics Test Engineer to join our dynamic team dedicated to pioneering advancements in vehicle design and development. As a key member of our Centre of Excellence, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of innovative vehicle designs that meet and exceed global standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead and support the development of HILS (Hardware-In-The-Loop)/Labcar testing for Body Electronics and Powertrain systems.
  2. Manage HILS testing on Electrical Integrated Platform, ensuring compliance with design/test standards and regulatory requirements.
  3. Create comprehensive test plans and testing procedures, coordinating overall vehicle test technical aspects.
  4. Engage in root cause investigation and recommend countermeasures for electrical system issues.
  5. Collaborate closely with international counterparts for functional, performance, and reliability validation.
  6. Ensure the quality of electrical systems meets the highest standards and complete validation within project milestones.
Requirements:
  1. Degree qualification (or equivalent) in a relevant discipline with a strong understanding of electrical theory and electronic devices.
  2. Experience in software application into automotive ECUs, including flashing, coding/configuration, and calibration.
  3. Proficiency in tools such as D-Space, CANalyzer, CAPL, CANoe, CANape, Matlab for data capture and analysis.
  4. Practical experience in automotive electrical and electronic system development, with a proven track record in problem-solving.
  5. Excellent communication skills, flexibility, and the ability to travel as required for project needs.
