We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Health and Safety Manager/Lead Adviser to join our team at CV Library, a leading engineering company in the UK.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in health and safety management, with a focus on the utilities or water sector. They will be responsible for ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and standards, developing and implementing effective health and safety policies and procedures, and providing training and guidance to employees and contractors.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement health and safety policies and procedures specific to the utilities/water sector.
  2. Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify and address health and safety hazards and risks.
  3. Provide expert advice and guidance on health and safety matters to employees, contractors, and other stakeholders.
Requirements:
  1. A recognised qualification in Health and Safety.
  2. At least 5 years' experience in health and safety management, preferably in the utilities or water sector.
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate health and safety risks.
What We Offer:

This role comes with a salary of £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development in a dynamic and supportive work environment.
