Job Overview

Responsibilities
  • Support the Site Manager in overseeing the day-to-day running of live construction sites.
  • Coordinate and manage subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring adherence to site procedures and quality standards.
  • Monitor project progress, including quality control, and provide updates to senior management.
  • Assist with site documentation, including site diaries, quality checks, and reporting.
  • Liaise with the client, design team, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
Essential Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role as an Assistant Site Manager or Trainee Site Manager.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • CSCS card, SMSTS (or working towards), and First Aid qualification are preferred.
Compensation and Benefits
