About the Role

We are currently seeking an experienced Construction Project Lead to join our team at Joshua Robert Recruitment. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a high-profile theatre renovation project, with a focus on renovation and steel frame builds.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, with a proven track record of delivering projects safely and efficiently. They will possess excellent leadership skills, with the ability to manage and coordinate site personnel, subcontractors, and suppliers effectively.

The salary for this position is £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer a competitive benefits package and career development opportunities within a reputable organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate site personnel, subcontractors, and suppliers to achieve project objectives.
  • Supervise and coordinate all temporary works, ensuring compliance with engineering and safety standards.
  • Optimize use of labor, equipment, and materials to ensure productivity and cost-effectiveness.
  • Prepare regular project updates, addressing risks and implementing solutions to maintain momentum.
  • Act as the key point of contact for the client, project team, and external stakeholders.
