Job Title: Learning Disability Support Worker

Service Overview:

Job Role:

  • Support individuals with autistic spectrum conditions and associated complex needs to live as independently as possible
  • Assist individuals through a care pathway to achieve their goals and aspirations

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a social care setting
  • Hold a current Enhanced DBS on the update service or be willing to obtain one
  • Right to work in the UK
