Job Description

As a Learning Disability Support Worker, you will provide therapeutic care and support to individuals with autistic spectrum conditions and associated complex needs. You will work within a bespoke specialist service located in Port Talbot, assisting individuals through a care pathway to live as independently as possible.

The main house offers a large comfortable lounge, separate dining room, kitchen, quiet room, and conservatory as well as a meeting area and activities room.

You will have the full support of a team of multi-disciplinary professionals and be responsible for observing, monitoring, and keeping a record of individuals' conditions.
